The requirements are increasing - the importance of sustainability reporting

Until a few years ago, sustainability reporting was voluntary. However, with the implementation of the CSR-RUG anno 2017, CSR reporting became mandatory. Until now, companies have been able to use different frameworks for their reporting, e.g. the standards of the GRI. To improve the comparability and quality of sustainability reporting, companies will be required to use uniform reporting standards in the future.
