To get a first im­pression of each other, we invite you to a video call. In a maximum of 30 minutes, we will intro­duce firesys, answer your questions about the job offer and, of course, take the opportunity to learn more about you and your mo­tivation.

Follow-up interview
If the first inter­view has strengthened our interest in each other, we would like to get to know you even better! In a follow-up interview, you will have the opportunity to get to know your future work­space and the people at firesys even better. If possible, this inter­view will take place on our premises in Frank­furt.

Is there a possibility to work in mobile office?
Yes, we offer hy­brid wor­king. You can work in mo­bile office on 2 days of a 5-day week. On the other 3 days, you will be based in our office in Frank­furt.

Is there a possibility of a trial day?
Yes, in some de­partments a trial day is a fixed part of the application pro­cess.

How many vacation days are there?
28 vacation days

Are there any special leaves?
Yes. Special leave is granted for a birth, wedding, death, re­location or for social purposes.

Are 12 or 13 salaries paid?
We will pay you 12 salaries.

What is the office layout?
We work in pairs, threes, or fours in one office.
